Step 2 Unplug the black cap of the valve(do not use too much force to the transparent part around of the balloon, in case it tear). Step 3 With one pump(600W-NOT include) to inflate balloon about 2-3 minutes then remove the nozzle and completely seal the air valve, you’ll get a beautiful half hot air balloon.
