The dissections are done very well and the photographs are excellent in illustrating the complexities of details and relationships. While there is a ton of information in the actual photographs, very little is labelled. So unless you are already familiar with what is shown, it is hard to learn much from the cards themselves. I would still reccomend them because I have not seen other cards with actual cadaver photos. And the photos are very well done. They are great for clarifying information learned from other sources. But they would be a phenomenal resource with more labelling and explanatory text.Although I haven't found a lot of time to use the flash cards, they are useful for studying gross anatomy when I can't get into the lab. The Rohen's cadaver textbook is even better because it has an index and is much more thorough.The images are excelent, but insteard of having just 3 or five items maked in the picture I would marke 10 or more so that you have more names to learn. Another option would be to have more cards.I bought used Rohen color atlad of anatomy 1st edition but the content had lost card section head andneck , section brain. So I bought anothet 1st edition of Rohen in new package it is Ok for complete of content but no ring includeed.I recomend buy every flash card in new not used.these notecards were a life saver for my cadaver anatomy practicalsI love these flash cards! I am a visual learner and these flashcards really add a great dimension to my studying. I have to agree with the other reviewers in that the labelling on these flashcards is not very good and presumes some prior knowledge of the anatomical structures so may be more useful as a revision tool rather than for learning directly. The Netter ones are better labelled but these are photos of cadaver sections. Overall, a good product at a reasonable price.Really useful for revision...shows actual pictures which make them perfect for revising for practical anatomy exams.Awesome codition, Great Product.Very fast shipping too.I would recommend this to all medical students out there. Its one of the best ways to complement your Anatomy studie.Not enough detail but good as an additional resource for carrying around.
